Job Description:

  • Managing distributors, dealers, key accounts and potential customers in the region of responsibility,
  • Research, monitoring and reporting of the market dynamics and competition to create strategies and business development opportunities,
  • Managing end to end sales processes from lead generation to vehicle delivery and payments to ensure high quality flow and customer satisfaction,
  • Acting as a consultant & brand ambassador to all contacts in the market and industry. Conducting regular visits to develop a productive relationship with distributors, key accounts and potential customers,
  • Monitoring & reporting distributor business (sales, stocks, payments, opportunities, risks.) and supporting tender processes with Tender Team,
  • Ensure the productive relationship of distributors with finance, aftersales and other supporting functions,
  • Support & lead marketing activities; product launches, marketing campaigns, promotions, product demonstrations in the region of responsibility. Assisting the development of the most efficient marketing approach in close cooperation with the marketing team,
  • Contributing to the construction of the sales targets in the region of responsibility and realizing monthly, quarterly and yearly budget targets,
  • Following up the payments & financial ratios of distributors to maintain a healthy business flow,
  • Proactivity in uncovering prospect needs and delivering the value proposition to key customers.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, MBA preferred,
  • 3-6 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in an international organisation, preferably experience in management of distributors/sales/brand/product across various countries,
  • Excellent leadership, communication and general business skills; proven ability to manage dealers or distributors,
  • Excellent analytical & organizational skills,
  • Ability to manage, coach, develop, motivate and co-ordinate people,
  • Ability to understand market dynamics and competitive environment,
  • Ability to create winner strategies & business cases from data & research,
  • Fluency in spoken and written English. Additional European language is an asset,
  • Automotive experience is an asset.
