Responsibilities

·     Acting as the primary contact for dealers in regions of responsibility,

·     Supervising the whole factory sales cycle, from taking in the order until the delivery to the dealer,

·     Eagerness to exceed the sales target in a way that will not harm the year over year sustainability and profitability of the deals,

·     Contributing primarily to the construction of the upcoming year’s sales target in the region of responsibility, then realizing monthly, quarterly and annual budget targets,

·     Monitoring closely and reporting periodically the sell-in and sell-out rates of the concerned dealer,

·     Conducting regular and frequent customer visits to develop a productive relationship not only with dealers’ decision-makers but also with the key people of the top customers in the market,

·     Following up the payment routine of the dealer and maintaining healthy risk/account ratio,

·     Proactivity in uncovering prospect needs and delivering the value proposition to key customers,

·     In-depth understanding of the market dynamics and competitor positions, assisting the development of the most efficient marketing approach in close cooperation with marketing team,

·     Acting as a consultant to the dealers/customers in the market and industry,

·     Taking active participation in the new product development phase with strong advice regarding trends and by helping the construction of the sales forecast for the new product,

·     Carrying on business development activities uninterruptedly to ensure the development of the sales figures in the existing markets or secondary markets of responsibility,

·     Undertaking the role of sounding board for the dealer inside the company to ensure a smooth and productive relationship of the dealer with each supporting function such as finance, aftersales,

·     Monitoring and regularly reporting competitive activity in the area of responsibility. 

 

Qualifications

·     Min Bachelor’s degree with a high relevance to the position,

·     Min 2 years experience,

·     Dealer management and automotive experience is an asset,

·     Excellent command of English both written and spoken,

·     Fluency in one of the following foreign languages French/Italian/Russian/Arabic,

·     High computer literacy, hands-on experience on MS Office programs,

·     Knowledge in international trade and payment methods,

·     Active driver’s license,

·     Military service completed,

·     No issues with a frequent travel requirement,

·     Self-starter and goal-oriented,

·     Excellent communication/negotiation skills with a significant weight onto the listening,

·     Brilliant cross-functional communicator and collaborator.
