Job Description

  • Takes active role as team member in Human Resources related functions such as Recruitment, Organizational Development, Performance Management System
  • Plans Talent Acquisition in order to achieve company goals
  • Contributes to Talent and Career Management processes
  • Follows good practices and designs creative processes within the scope of company Employer Brand
  • Contributes to engagement surveys and develops HR analytics
  • Prepares reports and analyzes of HR processes
  • Develops innovative and proactive strategies

 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field,
  • At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Career Management, Organizational Development and other HR processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Proven ability and comfort in thinking outside the box
  • Team spirit in the foreground
