Job Description

  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices and new technologies in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Culture and Employee Engagement and Recognition and Rewards
  • Manages the implementation of country platforms in Temsa Germany, Temsa France and Temsa North America to standardize all aspects of HR programs with consideration and compliance with all applicable policies, regulations and labor laws
  • Analyzes businesses people-related data to better understand the organization's human capital, workforce capacity, risk, and business performance
  • Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Executes the organization’s human resource and talent strategy according to future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
  • Analyzes trends in Human Resources; researches and proposes competitive systems to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
  • Reviews and develops management practices and their impact on the Employee Experience
  • Reviews and enhances the Employer Brand according to company Employer Brand
  • Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation
  • Nurture a positive working environment


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from HR, Business Administration, Industrial or Management  Engineering and other related departments
  • At least 5 years of proven working experience as HR Manager
  • People-oriented and results driven personality
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
